Use, Storage, and Disclosure of Data
To facilitate the ordering process and subsequent contract processing, we store cookies and the customer's IP data. In addition, for contract processing purposes, the following data of the buyer and service recipient are stored with us: first name, last name, email address, street, postal code, city, country, date of birth, and telephone number. The data you provide are necessary for contract fulfillment or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without these data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data is passed on to third parties.
In case of participation in the children’s ski race, the following data will be published in the ranking list on our website: first name and last name.
Photos and videos taken during lessons by the ski instructors are visible only to the course participants. Publication occurs only with prior explicit consent of the affected person or their legal guardians.
Data for online payments are neither collected nor stored by us, as payments are processed through our payment service provider TREKKSOFT (https://www.trekksoft.com/en/privacy) via a secure and encrypted payment system.
We process your data to provide our services. Personal data collected during a visit to our website are processed exclusively within the scope of legal regulations. We will disclose data to authorities only if legally required. Our employees are obligated to maintain confidentiality.
Cooperation with Third Parties
Our website contains links to other offers. We have no influence on how the providers of linked websites handle the information displayed on those pages. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to analyze how users use the website. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server. Transfer to servers in the USA cannot be excluded.
Google Analytics 4 no longer stores or logs complete IP addresses. Instead, IP anonymization is applied, where your IP address is truncated before transmission. There is no merging with other data from Google.
Data processing is based on Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR and supported by the legitimate interest according to Art. 31 revDSG to analyze user behavior to continuously optimize our web offering.
